About

I am passionate about aiding clients in tapping into their innate healing intelligence. It is a profound honour for me to be alongside individuals as they recover and evolve from pain, conditioning, and trauma, allowing them to connect to others, themselves and the world in a way that feels more integrated, authentic and joyful.

I began my counselling work in sexual health education and through providing anti-homophobia and anti-transphobia workshops at Planned Parenthood Toronto. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at McGill University and my Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) at the Wurzweiler School of Social Work. I have gained experience working as a school social worker, a sexual assault crisis line counsellor, and within child and family mental health services. I have also worked in community health centres providing individual and group therapy, community outreach, and intensive home support.

My passion for integrative psychotherapy and the importance of exploring the mind-body connection in healing has led me to purse ongoing professional development. I am a Certified Advanced Practitioner in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and a Safe and Sound Protocol Provider. I have also completed trainings in Relational Psychotherapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Level 2 Clinical Hypnosis, and parts work (Ego State Therapy and Internal Family Systems).

I am a member in good standing with the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation and the Ontario Association of Social Workers. I am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and am governed by their Code of Ethics

In my personal life, I love making art, integrating mindfulness into my daily routines, engaging in various movement practices, and spending time with loved ones. I am also an outdoor enthusiast, and love to hike, swim, and kayak.
