I offer a free phone consultation to discuss what is bringing you to therapy, answer your questions, and establish if we are a good fit together.
My therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length. I am happy to offer information about my fees by phone or email. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spaces, please contact me to discuss sliding scale availability.
I ask that you give 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. You can make payments for sessions via Interac e-mail transfer. I provide receipts for all payments.
Some insurance companies provide coverage for counselling and psychotherapy provided by a Social Worker holding an MSW, inquire with your insurance company about coverage. Counselling services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW) can be claimed as a medical expense tax deduction when you file your income tax return.
